preset menu bug

It's not a life threatening thing but if i choose i.e funky in the first cat. and Richard James in the second, in the third cat. it says something like no sounds. This is not a problem but when in want to go out this menu it's not possible and the only next thing is force quit Logic.

Or you can choose different items in the categories: for instance, use "Celmo" instead of "Richard James" in the second menu, then the third will be filled with funky presetes from Celmo. No need to close Logic.
