Basic problem..
Syncrosoft LCC times out - saying that I do not have an internet connection.
But I definitely do.. as this message proves. My internet is working fine from the computer I am trying to install the software on.
I have a Mac Pro - 10.4.11 and am using safari. All cookies are allowed and I do not have a firewall blocking the LCC. I've also downloaded the latest version from the Syncrosoft w/site.
I've been on the Syncrosoft w/site and through the help sections and am just completely lost at this stage. I can normally figure this stuff out after a while.. but I'm just not sure what to do at this stage.
I see that there is an offline option to register.. but cannot find it in the LCC.
I'm sure that this is probably a really simpl
e one to fix.. but I just cannot get the answer myself at the moment.
