Strange no sound problem in Cubase 7.5.2 on Mac

Hi,

i have the Wurl V set up in my default template in Cubase but sometimes when the template loads the Wurz V will not play any sound at all until i play around with the outputs, eg. change from the Amp output to Direct output, i change these a few times and eventually the sound will come back and play as normal.

Is this a recognized issue at all?

Mac 10.8.5
Cubase 7.5.2
