I'm having a problem using Analog Factory in Pro Tools HD. When I save a session and close it, then reopen it, none of my user presets are saved, and the AF instances revert to some factory preset or another. I wrote in to technical support, but thought I might hear of another solution while they get back to me. Anyone else experience this?
BTW, I installed v2.0 and then upgraded to v2.2.1
