I emailed Arturia support with a problem I was having transferring my Syncrosoft license to their USB dongle five days ago, (Case 64431). I have not been able to use my Analog Factory Experience since Thursday afternoon and it is now Tuesday night. I have heard nothing from Arturia support.
I don't understand how a company that puts out such good-sounding products can be so lame when it comes to supporting those products.
Is this a normal amount of time to wait in your experience?
