htdm under mac os 9
« on: December 13, 2003, 11:02:01 am »
When I install cs80 under mac os 9 everything seems fine, but when I start protools it says he can not find the cs80 engine. But thats strangs because it's there. I reinstalled it now about 15 times but still no luck. Are there maybe some hidden files that I have to remove before I can install it again?

Pieter

Hello,
You might try disabling all your other plug ins, (except of course the 16/24 bit engine) and see what happens. There may be some conflict there with another plug in? Worked for me.

Has anyone gotten a reply from Arturia about their problems with protools? I have not been able to either the cs80 or the Mg modular working with protools 5.3.3 running on windows XP. It seems to show up in the protools load up window, but not in my list of RTAS plugins.

Thanks
