v1.2 crashes sonar 6.2.1

hi,

has anyone had problems with running v1.2 on sonar 6.2.1?  i just installed 1.2 and rescanned the vst.  now, whenever i try to insert the synth, it crashes on miniMg.dll.  any ideas?

I have this problem too. It seems to be specific to the patch I'm trying to use. Analog Factory sounds great but it is very unstable and causes me more problems in Sonar than any other VSTi I have, including several free ones. I get issues with it not being compatable with other VSTis (like Cakewalk TTS1) and I have more audio pops and crackles when I try and use it.

Arturia seems to be pretty unresponsive to issues people post on here. At this point I'm lean toward saving up and buying some of the NI synths. I have had good luck with all my NI stuff so far. I'm actually kind of sorry I even bought Analog Factory.

at least your problem is patch specific, which means you probably were able to load analog factory.  i can't even start v1.2 without it crashing.

oh well, i'm back at v1.0 and at least that doesn't crash.  the only time that it pops and crackles is if i have the UI displaying on my 2nd monitor.

i guess i should've checked this forum out before buying it....

I know this probably doesn't help you much, but I'm using 1.2 in Sonar 6.2.1 PE and I don't have any issues at all - works great.

Have you tried it in another host ?

actually, i downloaded the public beta, v2 and this seems to have fixed the crashing problem.
