Spark 1.7.2 VST crashes Cubase 7 in Win7 (x64)

Whenever i try to load the Spark VST in Cubase, it crashes and leaves the following error:

As standalone Spark works fine.
And all my other VSTs works great in Cubase.
The previous version of Spark VST never crashed.
So the problem emerged after updating to v1.7.2.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Spark but it didn't help.
