re: triggering sequencer

currently, when I record a sequence on the microbrute, I record a sequence of notes, and press a key to trigger the sequence

however, on online videos, I see the sequence is triggered on their microbrutes by just switching the play trigger up to -> play, which causes the synth to play and hold the sequence automatically

as opposed to having to hold down a key to play a sequence

How do I get my microbrute to play a sequence automatically by just switching the sequence lever up to play?

also, followup. I was told my firmware is out of date, I clicked update and I got

"This file is not a crypted Microbrute firmware file"

How do I fix that? I just downloaded the software from the site onto my mac
