I bought a MiniLab controller from Guitar Center around the first of October. The controller had a bad pad which triggered spontaneously or whenever a nearby key or pad was pressed. I contacted tech support and received an RMA form and was told to send the pad to Arturia for repair. I shipped the keyboard to the provided address on October 7. It is now January 7 and I have heard absolutely nothing from Arturia. The keyboard has not been returned, repaired or not. Tech support has not responded to multiple email requests for information on the status of the repair.
I've pretty much given up on ever seeing the keyboard again. At this point I'm just recommending that people avoid buying Arturia products since they seem to be unable to support what they sell.
Very disappointed.
