problems with Audiobus and Multitrack DAW

I'm having serious problems running iSEM in the above combination. Either iSEM starts to crackle and somtimes crashes or muted comletely.
In Audiobus I've changed the buffersize to 512 but to no avail.
Playing i'SEM alone is fine but recording via Audiobus is a mess.
With my other synths I don't have such problems.
Can anybody help?

What are you using as a controller for iSEM?

I am trying to get my KL61 to work with my iPad AIR.

i don;t use an AC adaptor...have the two connected via a USB hub...not working thus far.
