Is MIDI input echoed by the CV outputs?

Basically I'm wondering if notes played over MIDI from an external MIDI controller will result in the CV outputs being triggered by the Microbrute. I know that some keyboards that offer this functionality only produce a trigger when their own keyboard is used, and I wanted to check this before purchasing. My aim is to use my full-sized controller to control the Microbrute and Eurorack gear simultaneously. I don't want to use the Microbrute keyboard for this because it only has a couple octaves.

the CV used by the internal sound engine is the same as the one you get on the CV output jack.

So It's basically a synth plus MIDI/USB to CV converter.

Please note the midi/CV mapping is as follows:
Midi note 12 -> 0V
Midi note 24 -> 1V
Midi note 32 -> 2V
and so on...
