sparkLE Controller Issues

Having a few issue my with my SPARK LE hardware.

When i press stop on the hardware it does stop but then enable REC on the software. The REC on the hardware will put it into REC on the software but no lights on the hardware.
Also when i press Slicer on the hardware it enables instrument FILTER on the software but the hardware slicer is lit.

I've updated the firmware to 1.0.0.3 (which it already was) but curiously when i plug it into MIDI CONTROL it tells me there is a new version 3.0.0.1 and wants to install it. I go through this but my firmware stays at the original one even though it says BURN PROCESS complete.

Anybody got any ideas please???

Arturia Support seem to have come to the conclusion that it is a HARDWARE failure. Any suggestions from you guys and how to proceed??

So with nothing to lose i opened her up, visually inspected all connections for dry joints etc and nothing found. Wiped the whole board down with isopropol and very fine soft artist paint brush and voila...............she is fixed.

Must have been some crap on a controller chip somewhere!!
