Hello,
I demo'ed SparkLE and loved it, the workflow and everything. Enthusiastically I ordered a SparkLE and activated the software. Ever since I did that everything's been going wrong. It crashes when I open it in Logic Pro 9 (on 10.8.2) even though I have the 1.7.1 update that should've resolved this issue. It sometimes crashes in standalone mode when no DAW is running and I try to switch kits. Or when I try to load a different sample. Or when in Logic I give it MIDI input. Or just when I close it. Or just out of the blue. It's driving me CRAZY. Why did I buy this software? The demo was working fine but ever since I spent money on it it's been failing me and completely disrupting every single attempt at writing with it. I have a crash report from one of the crashes when in stand-alone mode. At first I thought it only crashed when I load the Dirty 909_2 kit but this doesn't seem to be very constant (though it crashes most often when I load that kit). It says something was wrong with the IOThread but aside from a complete reinstall I have no clue what to do and am thinking about asking for a full refund. Find the beginning and end of the crash report below and please help:
