GUI So Sluggish the synth is unusable.

Recently bought the V-Collection, and have been trying to use the MiniMg V today in Logic Pro (latest build).

When I open the GUI (64bit plugin AU, v2.5), the system basically grinds to a standstill - I get a spinning beachball, and every tweak of a parameter takes an age before the GUI even responds, every touch on the GUI throws up another spinning beachball of death.  Whilst the GUI is open, the Loigc song cursor freezes, and the GUI of Logic is unresponsive.  In short, the MiniMg GUI doesn't really work properly.

I have a 12 core Mac Pro (2.93GHz) with 32GB of Ram.  It's one of the most powerful systems on the planet.  Please can somebody tell me I have a setting set wrong, because this situation is pretty unworkable.

I know it's been a while since you posted this but did you ever get this problem with sluggish GUI response sorted?

I've had these problems with the V collection since 2011 with updates making no difference whatsoever...
