Mg modular activation on new computer issue

HI ive recently bought a new mac book pro, and now my Mg modular VST is sayng i need to authorise it on this computer but i cant find my serial number and activation code, ive moved house a couple of times over the years and i cant find it now,ive contacted arturia but no answer can anyne suggest what i can do to get it up and running again?
