Problem!!! Activation code!!!

When I try to register the software (Analog Laboratory) get this:

Product ID = 7
S/N: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (my SN) - ProductID: 7
Genuine Arturia License number successfully listed in Arturia Database !

Same problem for me.  It just arrived on the door step today and can't even use it!  What a shambles!  Logged a technical request too, but hope to get the problem fixed asap.

I have problem with getting  activation code - could that be caused by the fact  that I accidently deleted  my product from my account ? Could you please give me any advice what do I do to get the activation code? When I try to send"  get new activation code" aplication form one of the boxes is blank and when I submit it shows me error that I should fill in all the boxes ( box is choose only I can`t type in anything there and it is blank so it gets me nowhere ).Any advice  will be highly appreciated.
