Help Please Registering ....serial and unlock code were already assigned.

can someone please help me.  I bought Arturia Minilab yesterday from Guitar Center and tried to register and received the message stating the serial and unlock code were already assigned.  Please help me as this is the first time I have had this type of problem.

9 views no assistance.  If someone could please point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.  I just want to use this after making my purchase.

perhaps you can help me as well very same error message my tech asst. ticket it open now and I sent a pic of the s/n and unlock code ... this is rather disturbing to happen then to see it happens to so many please advise
