Minilab stopped working entirely

Hi all


I purchased my minilab two months ago. Everything was working fine until recently. When I plug in the minilab not only does it not turn on but I get this message saying "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one of more of your USB devices have been disabled" (even with nothing else plugged in).
I guess it must be the usb port that is faulty, though I don't recall ever being too rough with it or dropping it. I was wondering if anyone has had this experience or know of good resources so that I can fix the usb port myself.

Are you use it as a "USB 1" or "USB 2" with your computer?
However, try it with several computers.
If still a problem, you can try to use another USB cable.
