Spark VDM not installing

Hello,
I installed Spark VDM on my mac but was having issues with it, nothing happened when I clicked to create a new project and various other things weren't happening, so I decided to uninstall it.
I restarted the mac, re-installed Spark, but at the end of the installation it fails and asks me to contact the software manufacturer.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
sometimes there is a problem with the eLicenser install.
Try to download and install the latest version of eLicenser.
Then reinstall Spark VDM.
Let me know if this works.

I've also found that eLicensor must be closed for me to avoid this error.

Thank you both for your replies.
I have tried to install it with and without the elicensor plugged in but still I get the error.
I have logged it with technical support but haven't had a reply as of yet
