Do I first need to register my iMini with Arturia tech. Support?
If so, how can I know my serial number?
If not, do I make a new trouble ticket / case, or post a message here in the forum?

Sorry for the late, If you want you can post a ticket to support, but there is no actual ways to add your application in your account
