JP8 In Pro Tools 10 Mac only left channel playing

Hi,

All other synths in V collection are working OK, Just the jupiter will only play sound out the left channel? right channel is totally dead

Ive tried deactivating and reactivating but still only the left channel works?

Also downloaded and re-installed.

Here's a youtube showing what I'm getting! you'll see the balance looses sound when fully clockwise and the delay sends nothing from the top delay line..

I am having the exact same issue. Was there ever a resolution for this?

I uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm using HDX so I just got the AAX update as well. Still have the same issue.

I am also having this exact issue.

Running Jupiter8V2 version 2.5.4 (latest)
Pro Tools HD 10.3.6 (latest)
Session is 24 bit 44100 kHz
Mac OS 10.6.8
12GB RAM
Pro Tools HD2 hardware with 192 audio interfaces.

When I reinstate the plug in it plays in Stereo for a minute or two, then goes back to left channel only.
