Main output

Hello.
Received my brand new minibrute today and cannot get any sound out of the main output...the headphone output works fine though and seems as far as I can tell that everything else does as well...any ideas ?

Does the jack insert fully  inside the Audio Out socket ? If not check that there is nothing (a piece of packaging foam...) inside the socket.

Nothing blocking it...it's as if the output is dead or not connected as it doesn't even make the huming sound that most other hardware does when connected...
