spark ableton crash

I have arturia spark and still cant get working properly.
 in vst mode it works in ableton but as soon as controller gets switched on it freezes up and crashed?

Yes this is happening to me every single time, whether or not the controller is even on, and no matter what settings I have set for the controller. Tried 1.4,1.5,1.6, every one is fuxored.

can you give me some more details?
@amatic: is it something new from 1.6.1? if yes, you should try 1.6.1.1, it still under testing so that's why it is not publicly released but should solve the problem.
@syc0cys: what is your system? Did you send an email to technical support with more details?

Which version of live 9 is this happening in?

this happens to me constantly in live 8.. especially when opening the spark window. just have to pre-program everything and hope for the best. not ideal.
