Hello. I purchased a new computer and want to reinstall my Wurlitzer-V program, but I get keep an "authorization already in use error." I followed the steps online to request a new auth code and keep getting an error when I try to submit the form. I also submitted a form in standard tech support, but I never got an acknowledgment via email that it went through. I do not have a ticket number, but I do have my product serial number that's attached to my username over on the regular Arturia site. I want to get this up and running as soon as possible, so any help you can provide would be great. Thanks.
