V COLLECTION 3 UPGRADE - CAN I SELL ORIGINAL V COLLECTION ?

I upgraded my V Collection earlier this year to V3 (Download) and was wondering if it is possible to sell the original V Collection box set and still be able to use V Collection V3, also what restrictions would be in place for future purchases for both parties.
