Bought the v-collection a week ago and never got the download-link

I bought the v-collection a week ago and never got the download-link.Paypal confirmed the payment immediately.
My 3 E-mails regarding this issue have never been answered either.

As I frequently buy software in downloadshops, I have to mention that I have never seen a difficulty like this.Every other website I know responds within a few minutes.

hello I am experiencing the same thing, please send me the Activation code and download link!!!!! On your site it says "we send the download link and etc... within 2 HOURS, its been 2 days..... PLEASE HELP this is frustrating...

- purchased V-coll. upgrade on 29th Dec 2012
nothing happened (except for the transfer of my money)
- wrote to you  on 5th Jan 2013 (ticket 121474)
nothing happened (except for an ever increasing frustration on my part)
- modified my email address on 13th Jan 2013 (ticket, see above, IS GONE!?!)

I have no idea what's going on. (except that some other users seem to have made similar highly upsetting experiences...see above)

Come on. PLEASE ?

Good news. Got both link and codes today.
Using the forum seems to have paid off.
Right now I'm enjoying my new SEM V... Finally. 

Hope you fixed the problem with the website's strange response behaviour.

Sometimes the emails go into the spam folder, so that's always a good place to look.   I believe you all have your codes now!  If not send me a PM with your order number and any case number you have and we will take care of it as soon as possible!
