Using external multi-effects pedal

Hi all!
Just received my MB and now I'm looking to run it through a Zoom Multi-Stomp effects pedal. How do I hook this up if I don't want to use an amp or my Mac but only headphones out from the Brute? Can I run audio out to the zoom and then back to audio in or will it/they blow?

it won't break but be careful with the headphone levels because you will get feedback with most effects and that could get loud.
