Sounds like the firmware has become corrupt. Try and hold down the boot loader keys (Shift + Octave <) and then power the unit up. Next run Minifreak V and check if the firmware update option at the bottom right of the UI becomes available and gives you the option to update the firmware. If it does, and this is super important, and after it says the update is complete and the Minifreak doesn't reboot by itself, DON'T POWERCYCLE THE MINIFREAK! Instead quit Minifreak V, and if that still doesn't reboot the minifreak, reboot your computer. Not doing this when the Minifreak doesn't restart by itself can brick the Minifreak and necessitate an RMA to Arturia.
