How can i route every single track from my DAW through into the external effect?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to kindly ask you if you can help me understand how to connect my Audio FuseStudio to an external delay that can affect every single track on my DAW. (Ableton 11)

I think I have all the necessary cables but I can't figure out how to connect the EXT. AUDIO EFFECT (Ableton Tool) with physical external effects.

This is the equipment I use.
