V Collection completely disappeared from my account

Hi,

So I went into logic and tried to use some synths from the v collection and it said there wasnt a license on my computer. I went to open software centre and tried re syncronising and that didn't work, so I logged into my account to find there was nothing other than the free plugins in my products section. Naturally due to the cost I'm very worried, and i need them to complete my uni composition which is due very soon. If anyone could offer any help Id be very greatful.

If the product really is gone from your account, then you need to contact Arturia support through your account. No user can help with this.

If your product afterall is on your account, then you can try to deactivate the product and then activate it again.
