Selecting more than 16 Program Changes?

The Minilab 3 software allows me to create a template in which I can select a Program Change on two banks of 8 pads (16 Program Changes) but I need to select more Program Change numbers. Is this possible?

To answer my own question, the MiniLab 3 does not have a knob that you can assign to scroll through all the program changes. Perhaps this could happen in a firmware update but seems unlikely. The KeyLab MkII has such a setting/knob but it's too large for my purpose. And no device in the MiniLab 3's competition (with a true MIDI out) has such a capability at least I haven't found it.
