V 1.5 system overload issue

I'm experiencing system overload problems since updating to 1.5. I've reinstalled the original V 1.1 plug ins. I still have the V1.5 standalone version. Now when I play the 1.5 standalone, is it actually playing the 1.1 plug in? Because it seems to not have any problem anymore.

Also, any other solution to the 1.5 overload problem other than reverting to 1.1?

So, what's the deal with 1.5? Anyone having any luck running it without overloading the CPU? If so, what system are you running? Thanks for any info.
