Hi, I have an Arturia MKII 61 White Edition and I've been having a problem for a while. When I turn on the controller it should do the light sweep and then turn on pad lights and some button lights. Well, that doesn't happen. When I turn it on, the lights under the faders come on (but very dimly) and some of them even with a different color. Once it is "on" all the lights are off and none of them turn on. Maybe at some point (minutes, hours or days) they turn on and it works fine for a while until the same thing happens again. I have already done all the tests that I can (factory reset, firmware upgrade, firmware downgrade, MMC update) and I can't find the solution. I tried with an external power supply and the problem is the same. Did the same thing happen to someone or do you know how to solve it? Thanks!
