Cannot assign modulators to Certain knobs in Pigments 4

For some reason almost every knob in pigments 4 is able to be assigned a modulator ( LFO, Function, etc. ) However, in the harmonic engine under the Cluster window i cannot assign modulators to the Cluster Position or Cluster Knobs. Also the phase knob under unison in wavetable engine cannot be modulated. Can this be fixed anytime soon?

I can confirm this.
Actually the Unison Phase parameter setting only have effect on a new key press. I can't see why.

There are some parameters in Pigments that are not available for modulation.
It is not a bug but rather a design choice.
