Second time it happens (last time was last year during promotion on Black Friday). I can't open ASC on my MacBook Pro (M1 / 13.2.1 ), it hangs while "not responding" forever. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't work either. Even worst the effect also propagate to my DAW (Ableton Live, but same on Logic Pro X): since it has preloaded V Collection instrument on default template, it takes ages to startup, and the same amount of time to remove guilty track once opened.
Honestly this is not acceptable, we pay high price for this. Yes sure. COVID, hardware on prep shortage, resources limitation. But still, either upscale your infrastructure or make your licence checking system more reliable to network fault. I should have to sync that much. This is the kind of issue that everyone should be aware of, and I even If I love your software product quality I would never pay again due to that.
