Expression pedal needs a range selection

If the master filter is at -35 percent and partially open and the pedal is at zero, it doesn't take much pedal move to open the filter all the way. It would be great if I could set the pedal so that going from 0 to 127 is only a 20% change in the filter.

 I'd like a setting so when moving the pedal from 0 to 127 it only opens the filter 20% more from where it's at for gradual changes.  I think this can be done is the PB code.
