I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ACCOUNT ACTIVATION EMAIL

I don't know how to get in touch with Arturia. The contact page is only for business inquiries and says that support questions will be ignored. I've wasted an hour waiting for an email to be able to log in and register my product.

Update: I received the confirmation email 2 hours later.

I am having the same problem. I was able to register my account for the forum just fine, but am not seeing an activation email for my account on their website, and whenever I sign in I get an error saying that login is unavailable and I need to check my mail (which I did, including the spam folder). Any help is appreciated.

oh, I am experiencing the same issue. I had no trouble creating an account for the forum, but I don't see a confirmation email for it on their website, and whenever I try to sign in, I receive a message stating that I need to check my mail. We appreciate any assistance. Thank you very much
