Questions because I can’t read the manual
« on: November 11, 2022, 06:39:24 pm »
A couple questions:

Are there any mod destinations that don’t have a dedicated front panel control. Recall seeing a video where VCA was shown on the screen as a destination. Does the MinFreak, like the Polybrute, have additional mod destinations accessible by some kind of shift function? Like oscillator pan, or any other stereo function before the FX?

Is the audio input mono only?

Would it be possible to post the midi cc’s? Or the list of shift button functions?

Outside of the algorithms with built in oscillator sync, is there any chance of syncing one oscillator to another?

when can we expect a manual? And what is the hold up with the manual?

Thanks

Hello SvenDia.

1. To access the hidden destinations :
- On Matrix, hold an Assign button and turn the Preset Encoder.
- On Macros, select an empty slot with the preset Encoder and click on it.

2. Yes the audio input is mono only, but its a lot of fun with OSC 2 filters and the FXs.
3. Sync between Osc is not available at the moment.
4. Regarding the manual, it should be available soon, sorry for the inconvenience.

Kind regards.

Thanks for the reply! I have another question about the macros. I can't seem to find a way to change the destination in a macro slot. For example, if I have slot 1 in macro 1 assigned to cutoff, how would I change the assignment to Timbre 1 or anything else? Is this is not possible, is it something that can be addressed in a future firmware update?

Hi SvenDia

To change a destination in the macro section, select it using the preset encoder, do a long press with the preset encoder.
It will reset the destination or the amount, depending on what is selected.
Most things that uses the preset encoder can be reset to default with a long press.
Hope that helps.

Hi eirannejad

At time of speaking the manual and minifreak V are in the final testing phase.
We hope to deliver it very soon.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
