DrumBrute Impact - Tempo Knob Malfunctioning

so my tempo knob has become unusable- i try to turn it slowly it sometimes it works but most times it jumps to other BPM settings wildly without warning.

Anyone else have this issue??

 I’ve been using the drum-brute as my master clock, sending both midi out and clock out to my other gear. but it has recently ruined several of my livestream concerts by jumping to a random tempo mid-song.  really soured my vibes. looking for a possible fix and or a replacement of this faulty part.

I'm also experiencing the same exact issue with my tempo knob. When I turn the knob, it jumps to lower random tempos. I even tried reinstalling the firmware, but no luck. I just dropped an email to support. Have you found a solution to this yet on your end?

Sounds like a typical bad encoder. Happens on all encoder-based synths eventually. Probably way too soon for these units.
