Cannot register (and thus use) Polybrute Connect

Hi all, just got my Polybrute yesterday and I'm trying to get the software up and running.  It asks me to enter my Arturia user name and password, but even though I've confirmed in multiple browsers that I'm entering the correct info, the software says it's wrong.  Any ideas?

This was happening on the last version of Monterey, as well as Ventura.

(btw, do we always need to enter that captcha here on the forums when posting and replying, or does that stop after x number of posts?)

I had the same problem, you need to install arturia software center to activate your polybrute. Once it done, you can use it with polybrute connect. It is not written in the documentation..
