Dumb question about sequencer section buttons.
« on: November 14, 2022, 01:59:05 am »
Why do we have to press and hold sequencer section buttons line note division and swing when that’s all those buttons do?  Why can’t you just quick press to see their menus?

Not a huge deal, just seems weird to me so
I was curious. Thanks!

For swing it might be an easy answer - a short tip switches it ON/OFF
-
Seq Lenght works only in Seqencer Mode - short tip will do for a quick change - long for permanent view
Time Div works always (why?) - short tip will do for a quick change - long for permanent view
Play Mode also works always - short tip will also do for a quick change - long for permanent view

More important is the question: Why do we have fixed values for swing, while is is common to have continuous values for other settings? (except it is explicitely switched on like for tuning)
