Firmware V 2.0.3 LED brightness management?
« on: April 22, 2022, 03:40:47 pm »
MatrixBrute release notes
V 2.0.3
New features
Added LED brightness management, available in hardware settings, using row \"L\" of the matrix

In hardware settings??? Mein Gott, was ist das? Some hidden feature?
I thought we interacted through Midi Control Center?

Thank you for shedding light on this issue  :).

Hit all of PRESET + SEQ + MOD at the same time. This brings up the "hardware settings".

The hardware settings correspond to the device settings in the MIDI Control Center (this new LED intensity setting may not be in the MCC yet - haven't checked...).

You can use the sequencer left/right buttons to select the parameter, the short form name is displayed in the sequencer display. You'll see the row or group of matrix buttons that represent the parameter being lit a little brighter that the rest. The Preset prev/next buttons change the value of the selected parameter.

Or, when you know it a bit better, you can just hit buttons on the matrix to set everything.

Press one of PRESET, SEQ or MOD to exit the hardware settings.

I just noticed (September 2) my post was answered.
I tip my hat and bow very low, Dr. Justice.  :D
Is there something you don't know?

It's not in the MCC.
When you enter the hardware mode, pressing the rows of the L line modifies the Briteness.
