Some keys not working except for after touch

Hi,

I just bought a second hand Keylab 61 mkII and after 2 hours of testing, I notice that one out of two keys of D and A# don't work.
They only send MIDI signal when hitting them hard so I suppose that's aftertouch.

I've seen this issue here but from 2015 I couldn't make it work y moving the keyboard: https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=84369.0

Can anyone please help?

Very likely the keyboard needs dismantling and the PCB cleaned. It's not a hard job but there are an absolute sh-tload of screws to firstly remove the bottom plate then to unscrew the PCB from the actual keyboard assembly. I've done it to a '49 several times.
