Sticky knobs, sliders and side panels

I have started using again my hardware instruments. The knobs, sliders and side panels of the Minibrute are very sticky. My greatest concern are the knobs and sliders, Do Arturia sell this parts?

They're probably just off the shelf parts you would find in electronics spares' retailers.
Have you tried cleaning them with IPA? I'd try an inconspicuous area first unless there is a reaction.
