SUB OSCILLATOR range and speed OK?
« on: July 10, 2022, 05:40:15 pm »
Hi,

Can any one tell, in relation to the original hardware, is it correct that the generel SUB OSCILLATOR VCO range is less than a semi note at max, and when TOUCH RESPONSE VCO is added it's less than 2 seminotes all in all at max? Should'nt it be at least 1 semitone each and at least 2 semitones in all?
To me it seems to be a little short as it is.

And what about the speed. Should the lowest generel SUB OSCILLATOR speed be slower?

Hi LBH.
Yes originally the SUB OSC on VCO was used to make vibratos.
We also have the same thing for the TOUCH RESPONSE, this is why the range is very small.
We aimed to be as close as possible to the original Hardware and choose to keep this behavior.

I Hope that answers your question, and that it's not too big of an inconvenience for you.
Kind regards.

Hi Matthieu,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes i know it was'nt much. I just think it's strange it's less than a semitone. If that's correct, then it's correct.

Kind regards
