Hi all
never really posted but been reading posts regularly and found lots of help over time.
I now have 2 issues I just can't solve or find help with.
For sometime I have been using Spark2 with the SparkLE on a windows 10 laptop. Unfortunately I have had to replace the laptop (another windows 10), I have installed Spark 2 and activated it with no problem, however:
1. The SparkLe lights up as normal when connected but then no switches, knobs or pads work? the only light that remains on is the spark mode light (top right) apart from that the whole thing appears dead? I have checked the USB lead and it is all OK.
2. I am getting no audio output from the Spark 2 software, The laptop output audio is fine, via speakers, headphones and Bluetooth devices. I have tried troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling but just no audio from Spark 2.
I am not the most Tech savvy guy, and I have tried all I can think of.
Any Ideas?
