User Manual Incomplete Chord Map

Hi,

I'm trying to understand the table on page 23 of chapter "3.1. Chord mode" about the KeyStep 37 Chord Generator, however, when I see the first row about the Octatonic scale it must be wrong because it can't be that a scale is just the key C!

Am I missing something in this table?
