MiniLab Mk 2 Knobs 1&9 CC assignments not working.

Creating a Template for sending CCs from the Mk2
All knobs except 1 and 9 work correctly.
Knobs 1 and 9 do not send data though they are assigned as ABSOLUTE and CONTROL.
Any help is appreciated.
