MicroFreak DAW Arp/Sync Configuration issue
« on: February 25, 2022, 09:50:14 pm »
Okay, Let me do my best to map this out.

I currently have my MF Midi IN and Midi Out converted from the stereo inputs going into the MIDI ports on an AudioBox USB 96(Interface). I also have the MF output sending to the XLR Input of the AudioBox USB for the audio.

Settings:
FL Studio

  • Midi Output > AudioBox Port 2
    Send Master Sync - Enabled
Midi Input > AudioBox Port 1
    Syncronization Type - Midi Clock
    Project > Timebase (PPQ) 48

MicroFreak
  • Midi Out - Port 2
    Midi Out - Port 1
    PPQ 48
    Sync Source - Midi
    Clock - PPQ 48

I have been unsuccessful in achieving any kind of arp syncronization within the DAW. I am wondering if using the Audio Interface for the Midi Ports are whats causing the interference.

Any Assistance on this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Have you tired using USB midi only? Might be more reliable
